Our journey started as a bed retailer, but we were dissatisfied with the quality of the products we sold. We found the quality to be inconsistent, and over time, we noticed a significant decline. As a result we made the decision to manufacture our own beds, starting with upholstered sleigh beds in a 700 sqft unit. Within a year, we had attracted over 20 trade customers who were highly satisfied with our beds and requested that we expand our range.
We subsequently moved to an 8,000 sqft factory and added Divan Beds, Mattresses, and Bespoke Floor to Ceiling Wall boards to our product line. Today, we supply some of the largest online retailers with a return rate of only 5%. Our mission is to assist other retailers in maximising their sales and customer satisfaction.
